Your privacy rights
1. Controller

2. What you can do in the app
- Delete account: in the app, My account → Delete account (permanent, in-app deletion).
- Notifications: you can turn them off anytime in iPhone or Android Settings.
- Camera: required to shoot in events and scan invite QR codes. You can revoke it in system Settings; the roll camera and QR scanner will stop working.
- Photos / photo library: optional. We only use it if you save the revealed album to your camera roll or, as organizer, pick a cover from the gallery. iOS may show a “full access” prompt; you can limit or deny access. Without permission you can still shoot; you cannot save to Photos until you enable it. Details in our Privacy Policy.
- Sign out: My account → Sign out.
3. Rights in the European Union (GDPR)
You may request, where the law applies:
- Access — know what data we process about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data (e.g. display name in an event).
- Erasure — delete your account and associated data.
- Restriction or objection — in cases provided by law.
- Portability — receive data in a structured format, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent — e.g. push notifications, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Email us at hola.rolloapp@gmail.com stating the right you wish to exercise and, if possible, your app email or user ID. We respond within a reasonable time (typically 30 days).
You may complain to your supervisory authority. In Austria: Datenschutzbehörde. In Spain: AEPD.
4. United States (California CCPA/CPRA and others)
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hola.rolloapp@gmail.com.
- We will not discriminate for exercising these rights.
5. Data we declare in App Store
In Apple App Store Connect we declare the data the app collects (email, name, photos, identifiers, purchases, device token for push, error diagnostics). This matches our Privacy Policy.
Error data (e.g. technical failures via Sentry) is used for app stability and, in Apple’s declaration, is listed as not linked to your identity under normal use.
6. Children
We do not target the service at children under 14 in the EEA (13 in the U.S.) without parental consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to delete it.
