FAQ

How do I join an event?

Scan the organizer’s QR code or enter the 6-character invite code under Join.

Why can’t I see photos?

Photos unlock at the reveal time. Until then, you may only see your own shots (depending on event settings).

Purchase issues?

Payments are processed by Apple. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If a tier didn’t activate on your event, email us with the event ID.
